Cancellation & Refund Policy

Apex understands that canceling or postponing trainings happen because of certain circumstances. You may cancel your registration up to 14 Days before the start of the course with one-time opt to transfer to another session. A $100 per person administration fee will be charged for each transfer and 50% non-refundable for a cancellation. 

  • Course fee are in US Dollars. 

  • Cancelations made within the 30 day of the course are 50% non-refundable.

  • Cancelations made within the 14 days of the course are non-refundable.

  • Registrants will have a one-time option within the 14 days to transfer to another class $100 per person administration fee will be charged for each transfer.  

  • All refunds will be paid in full minus any transaction fees.

  • Apex reserves the rights to refund by check only. 

  • Registrants who fail to attend their course are liable for 100% of the course fee.

In the rare event Apex must cancel a course Apex will refund the course fee but will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs that have incurred.  

Admin charges

$100 per certificate fee for re-issuing certificates.

Course Cancellations

Apex has the right to cancel courses due to insufficient registrations or conditions beyond our control. You will be notified of cancellations as soon as possible. Apex will not be responsible for travel or accommodation costs that have occurred. 

Payments

Course fees are in US Dollars. Payments can be made by check or credit card. Check should be payable to Apex Quality Assurance.

Auditing & Consulting Late Fee Policy

If any payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, a late fee of 1% of the outstanding balance will be charged for every 15 days the payment is late. If the payment is more than 60 days late, a late payment fee of 3% of the outstanding balance will be charged. 

We may waive late payment fees at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so. If you have a reason why you cannot pay your invoice on time, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your option.
